UFC 332 fight-day times and main-card prices, a catchweight for Green vs. Ribovics and Anthony Smith's bareknuckle loss, Saturday, Oct. 3.
Esteban Ribovics missed weight for his main-card fight with King Green at Friday's UFC 332 weigh-ins, coming in at 156.5 pounds, half a pound over the limit for a non-title bout, MMA Fighting and Bloody Elbow reported. The fight goes ahead at a catchweight and Ribovics forfeits a fifth of his purse, which Bloody Elbow said goes to Green, who made 155.5. MMA Fighting reported Ribovics was the only fighter to miss weight on the card. Silva (125) and Wang (124.5) both made weight for the title fight, as did Figueiredo (135) and Talbott (135.5).
None.
Anthony Smith was stopped by Jordan Heiderman in the second round, at 2:17, of their $500,000 bareknuckle tournament bout on Friday night's Gamebred card in the Dominican Republic, MMA Fighting and Bloody Elbow reported. Smith was taken down and hit with non-stop punches before the referee stepped in, MMA Fighting reported.
Still current: Dana White said he would announce Alex Pereira's next fight on Nina Drama's KICK stream during UFC 332 tonight, and KICK sent out a release confirming it, Bloody Elbow reported. Asked Thursday about King Green fighting for the BMF title if he wins, White said: "I do not disagree with you. I absolutely agree," Bloody Elbow reported.
Michael Morales says he has agreed to a fight in January against an opponent he did not name, and that it is his last bout before a title shot. "As for my fights, I already have one lined up," Morales said at a press conference, in a clip Bloody Elbow said came from Juan Francisco Rueda via Championship Rounds. He said the opponent is neither Carlos Prates nor Ian Machado Garry. Only Bloody Elbow had it in our sources and a search found no second outlet; the UFC has not announced a bout.
Paulo Costa asked the UFC to book him against Alex Pereira if Pereira does not want to fight Sergei Pavlovich. "If Alex (doesn't) want to fight Sergei Pavlovich, put me in. 3 (rounds). 6 weeks," Costa wrote on X, Bloody Elbow reported. Neither the UFC nor Pereira has announced an opponent; the Pavlovich matchup is Bloody Elbow's expectation, not a report from the promotion.
